Step-by-Step Guide to Logging In to Your 96bet Account

Logging in to your 96bet account is a quick and straightforward process. Whether you're on a laptop or smartphone, the steps are the same and can be completed in under a minute.

1
Visit the 96bet Login Page
Open your web browser and type the 96bet website address, or click any "Login" button on this page. Make sure you are accessing the official website to avoid unauthorised phishing sites.
2
Enter Username or Email
Enter the username, email address, or phone number you used during registration. Make sure there are no extra spaces at the beginning or end, as our system is case-sensitive for usernames.
3
Enter Password
Enter your account password carefully. You can click the eye icon to reveal your password and check for any typos. If you've forgotten your password, click the "Forgot Password" link before proceeding.
4
Complete 2FA Verification (If Enabled)
If you have enabled two-factor authentication, you will receive an OTP code via SMS or your authenticator app. Enter the six-digit code in the field provided. This code is valid for 5 minutes only.
5
Click "Login" and Start Playing
Click the "Login" button and you will be taken directly to your account dashboard. From here, you can access all games, check your balance, claim promotions, make a deposit, and much more.
Security Tips: Always make sure you log out of your account when you're done playing, especially when using a device shared with others.

Forgot Your Password? Don't Worry

Forgetting your password is completely normal. 96bet provides a simple and secure password reset process so you can quickly regain access to your account without needing to contact customer support.

Follow these simple steps to reset your password:

  • Click "Forgot Password" on the login page below the password field.
  • Choose a recovery method — whether via your registered email address or phone number.
  • Check your email or SMS for your OTP code or password reset link. Email links are valid for 30 minutes while SMS codes are valid for 5 minutes.
  • Set a new password that is strong — use a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols for optimal security.
  • Log in again using your new password.
If you do not receive the email or SMS within 5 minutes, please check your spam folder. If it still has not arrived, contact our support team via live chat for immediate assistance.

Your 96bet Account Security

Your account security is a shared responsibility between 96bet and you as the user. While we have invested in high-grade security infrastructure — including 256-bit SSL encryption, continuous fraud detection systems, and suspicious login activity monitoring — there are several simple steps you can take to keep your account safe at all times.

Security best practices we recommend to all 96bet members:

  • Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) through the security settings menu in your account — this is the most effective way to prevent unauthorised access.
  • Use a unique password for your 96bet account and do not reuse the same password on other platforms.
  • Never share your login details — 96bet staff will never ask for your password through any communication channel.
  • Review your account activity regularly and contact support immediately if you notice any transactions or logins you don't recognise.
  • Avoid using unencrypted public Wi-Fi networks to access your betting account.
  • Always log out fully from your account when you're done — don't just close the browser tab.
Phishing Warning: Be wary of fake websites or emails impersonating 96bet. Always check your browser's address bar to confirm you are on the official website before entering your password.

96bet Login via Mobile Device

The 96bet platform is built with a mobile-first approach, meaning your login experience on a smartphone is just as smooth and complete as on a laptop or desktop. No additional app download required — simply open your mobile browser and visit the 96bet website.

Benefits of logging in via mobile on 96bet include:

  • Responsive Display: The login interface automatically adapts to your phone's screen size, ensuring all buttons and input fields are easy to tap and use.
  • SMS OTP Login: A passwordless login option using an OTP code sent directly to your phone number — faster and more secure.
  • Remember Device: Enable the "Remember Me" option to avoid having to log in repeatedly on your personal device.
  • Full Support: All platform features including deposits, withdrawals, live games, and account management are fully accessible via mobile device after login.

For the best experience, use an up-to-date browser such as Chrome, Safari, or Firefox on your mobile device. Keep your browser updated to ensure support for the latest security features.

96bet Login FAQ

First, try clearing your browser cache and cookies, then try again. Make sure there are no extra spaces at the beginning or end of your username and password. If it still fails, use the "Forgot Password" function to reset your password. If the issue persists, contact our support team via live chat for immediate assistance — our team is available 24/7.

For security purposes, our system will temporarily lock your account after several consecutive failed login attempts. This temporary lock will be lifted automatically after 30 minutes. You can also unlock your account sooner using the "Forgot Password" function or by contacting our customer support team, available 24/7.

Yes, you can log in from multiple devices simultaneously — for example, a smartphone and a laptop at the same time. However, for the security of your account, we recommend always logging out from devices that are not in use. If the system detects suspicious login activity from different locations, additional verification may be required.

First, make sure your phone has a good signal and your SMS inbox isn't full. Wait up to 60 seconds as SMS delivery may vary depending on your network. Click "Resend OTP" if the button is available. If you still don't receive it, contact our support team with your phone number and they will help verify or update it.

Yes, for your security, login sessions will automatically expire after a set period of inactivity. This helps protect your account in case you forget to log out. If you are using a personal device, you can enable the "Remember me" option to extend your session duration and reduce the need to log in repeatedly.

Standard login requires the username and password you set during registration. SMS OTP login only requires your phone number — the system sends a 6-digit code to your phone and you enter it without needing to remember any password. SMS OTP is ideal if you've forgotten your password or prefer a faster method. Both options offer a high level of security.
